Alvin J. Keller, 96, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died at 5:20 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born November 17, 1913, in Fort Recovery, Ohio, to the late Charles E. Keller and the late Elizabeth Clune. On September 25, 1937, he married Mary E. (Sanderell), who died March 2, 2001.

Deceased are 1 infant daughter, Ann Marie; 2 Great Grandchildren; 4 Brothers, Robert, Edward, William & Raymond Keller; 1 sister, Dorothy Engle.
He retired as a farmer and was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 3324 and Fort Recovery Gun Club, both of Fort Recovery. He was also a member of the church's Holy Name Society and served on the Church Council and the Mercer County Fair Board. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Ohio. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Fr. Charles Mullen, officiating. Burial is at St. Paul Cemetery, Sharpsburg, OH.
Calling is 2-8 p.m., Monday and Tuesday from 9-9:45 a.m. at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
