Bertha Sanderell

Bertha M. Sanderell, 83, 1078 St. Rt. 119, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died at 8:18 p.m. November 16, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, OH. She was born October 6, 1927, in Fort Recovery, Ohio, to the late Adolph Sanderell and the late Ida Reinhard.
Surviving is a brother, Tom Sanderell and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four sisters, Regina Forthoefer, Emma Hart, Matilda Sanderell, and Monica Rammel; and three brothers, William Sanderell, Norbert Sanderell, and Leo Sanderell.
She graduated in 1946 from Fort Recovery High School, Fort Recovery, Ohio and retired from Second National Bank in Fort Recovery after 45 years.
She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella Circle 810, served on the Fort Recovery Library Board and was treasurer of the Ambassador Club, all of Fort Recovery. She was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe, Ohio and its Altar Rosary Sodality. Funeral mass is 10:30 AM Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Calling is Friday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 9:45 am at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
