Delilah Grace Wenning

Delilah Grace Wenning passed away peacefully in her parents arms and entered through  gates of heaven during the early hours of Saturday, February 17, 2024. 

She was born just 7 hours prior at Joint Township Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 16, 2024, to her father and mother, Isaac and Jenna (Pleiman) Wenning of Fort Recovery. 

In addition to her parents, Delilah is survived by her grandparents, Ben and Laura Wenning of Fort Recovery, Tony Pleiman of Fort Loramie, and Tina and Bill Johnston of Minster; her great grandparents, Lavern and Barb Grube of Fort Recovery, Dale and Janice Wenning of Coldwater, Cathy and Craig McDorman of St. Marys, Kenny Pleiman of Fort Loramie, and Elmer and Janice Larger of Fort Loramie; her uncles and aunts, Wes and Miranda Pleiman, Jon and Sabrina Pleiman, Lindsey and Jake Laux, Wes and Kendra Wenning, Lydia and Ethan Sudhoff, and Owen Wenning; and many cousins. 

Delilah was preceded in death by her great grandma, Linda Pleiman. 

Through the grace of God, Delilah was able to be baptized and confirmed. She has now joined all the Saints and Angels in heaven.

The family would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to prayed for them and Delilah, the wonder staff at Joint Township Memorial Hospital for the care the have provided Delilah, and Mollie with Morgan's Place Cemetery for her guidance through this difficult time. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, March 1, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Ethan Hoying celebrating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. 

The family request that guest wear bright and joyful colors as we celebrate this beautiful child. 

Memorial contributions may be given to Morgan's Place Cemetery, 1254 St Rt 589, Sidney, Ohio 45365.
