Drucella M. Schlamb, 90, Rossburg, Ohio, died on December 1, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio. She was born January 29, 1924, in North Star, OH, to the late Albert Subler and the late Mary (Bulcher) Subler. On February 8, 1941, she married the late Elmer Schlamb Sr., who died March 10, 2004.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol (Ron) Keller of Celina, OH and Ruth (Dan) Beasley of Rossburg, OH; a daughter-in-law, Ann (Jay) Hale of Greenville, OH; a brother, Joseph (Vivian) Subler of Greenville, OH; 14 grandchildren; 51 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a son, Elmer Schlamb, Jr., three sisters, Evelyn Reedy, Adele Olwine and Roberta Good, a brother, Richard "Jim" Subler and two great grandchildren.
She was a homemaker who also worked on the family farm with her husband. In addition, she was employed at the Fort Recovery Industries, Fort Recovery and Lamberts, Ansonia, Ohio.
She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, Ohio and it's Altar Rosary Sodality. She enjoyed playing bingo, being with her family and spent many hours in prayer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Friday, December 5, 2014 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, Ohio, the Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, North Star, Ohio.
Calling is 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Friday, at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
