Homer B. Mccain

Homer B. McCain, 90, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Persimmon Ridge, Portland, Indiana.
He was born August 7, 1921, in Fort Recovery, OH, to Seth McCain and Hannah Somers. On
October 11, 1947, he married Wanda Spicer, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter - Betty (Rick) Daw of Nashville, TN; one grandchild; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Kathy Perry, a son, David McCain, and a grandson, Shayne Perry. He was employed at Mote Construction, Union City, IN.
He served in the U.S. Army in which he participated in the Battle of the Bulge during WWII, and he was a member Veterans of Foreign Wars post 6515, Fort Recovery, Ohio. Private services will be held.
Arrangements are be conducted by Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
