Kathleen E. Kramer, 80, Rossburg, Ohio, died on August 25, 2013, at Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio. She was born April 30, 1933, in Portland, IN, to the late Henry Schwieterman and the late Helen (Daughtery). On November 21, 1953, she married the late Leo F. Kramer, who died March 27, 1973.
Surviving are 5 sons - Leo A. (Pam) Kramer of Ansonia, OH, John (Anita) Kramer of Vista, CA, David (Erica) Kramer of Ansonia, OH, Jerry (Beverly) Kramer of Union, OH, and Eugene Kramer of Coldwater, OH; 3 daughters - Ruth (Jeff) Bitler of Minster, OH, Marie (Tom) Hackenbract of Coshocton, OH, and Barbara (Mike) Ross of Mason, OH; 4 brothers - Ben (Hilda) Schwieterman of Fort Recovery, OH, Leo Schwieterman of Union City, OH, Walter (Freda) Schwieterman of Portland, IN, and Henry (Joyce) Schwieterman of Coldwater, OH; a sister - Mary Alice (Tom) Dahlinghaus of Burkettsville, OH; 18 grandchildren Travis, Kami, Kori, Amber, Jeremy, Danielle, Dan, Nikki, Nigel, Denise, Ashley, Kristen, Lindsay, Kari, Abigail, Kara, Steven, and Alyssa; and 17 great grandchildren.
She was the former owner-operator of Ansonia Carry-Out and Car Wash, Ansonia, Ohio and was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, Ohio and the church's Ladies Guild.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Friday, August 30, 2013 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, Ohio, the Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery, Burkettsville, Ohio.
Calling is 4:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Friday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
