Mark A. "Myron" Dirksen

Mark A. "Myron" Dirksen, 48, Bluffton, Ohio and formerly of Fort Recovery, OH, died on September 4, 2017, at the Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio.
He was born February 19, 1969, in Coldwater, OH, to Urban Dirksen and the late Bernice (Timmerman) Dirksen. His father, Urban Dirksen, survives in Fort Recovery.
Also surviving are his fiancee, Mary Gazarek of Bluffton, OH, whom he planned to marry November 4, 2017; his siblings, Larry Dirksen of Fort Recovery, OH, Mike (Sherry) Dirksen of Union City, OH, Dan (Stacie) Dirksen of Versailles, OH, Karen (Abe) Timmerman of Fort Recovery, OH and Brian Dirksen of Versailles, OH; several nieces & nephews and a number of special close friends.
Also preceding him in death is a brother, Jeff.
Mark was a 1987 graduate of Mississinawa Valley High School, Union City, OH and was employed at the Crown Corporation, Celina, OH.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Versailles, OH and was an avid race car and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He was also a devoted John Deere fan and had a special bond with his dog Buckeye.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Friday, September 8, 2017 at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Ohio, with Fr. Ned Brown officiating.
Calling is 2:00-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00-9:45 am Friday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
