Patricia A. Kaufman

Patricia A. Kaufman, 82, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died April 21, 2014 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, OH. She was born August 6, 1931 in Fort Recovery, OH, to the late Faun Atkinson and the late Margaret (Sellers) Atkinson. On April 5, 1953, she married Delbert Kaufman, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Steve (Carol) Kaufman of Clayton, OH; a daughter, Marcia (Jack) Staugler of Fort Recovery, OH; a brother, Larry (Lucy) Atkinson of Monroe, IN; five grandchildren, Krista, Erica, Pamela, Ashley & Jordan; four great grandchildren, Landon, Madelyn, River and Whitley; a sister-in-law, Carmen Voskuhl of TX; and two in-laws, Roberta Simmons of Winchester, IN, and Madonna (Donald) Key of Union City, IN. Deceased is a brother, John Atkinson. She is a 1949 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, Fort Recovery. She retired from the former Huffy Corporation, Celina, Ohio, was a member of Fort Recovery United Methodist Church, Fort Recovery, Ohio and she enjoyed spending time with her family. Services are 10:30 am Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Verl Ballmer, Rev. David Gordon and Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio. Calling is 4:00 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday and 9:30 am-10:30 am Thursday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
