Raymond Paul Timmerman, age 51, of Celina, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025, at the Celina Manor.

Ray was born on August 2, 1973, in Greenville, to the late Donald Timmerman and Geraldine "Gerry" (Bruns) Timmerman-Hartman of Greenville.

In addition to his father, Ray was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Linda (Wolf) Waugh; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to his mother, Ray is survived by his wife, Erma Jean (Waugh) Timmerman, whom he married on August 2, 2008; his brother, Bradley "Brad" (Amy) Timmerman, of Houston, Ohio; his stepfather, Earl Hartman of Greenville; his father-in-law, Charles (Mindy) Waugh of Gallipolis, Ohio; his in-laws, Clara (Jerry) Northup of Gallipolis, Ohio, Maria (Elmer) Gann of Rockford, Tammy (Brian) Wheeler of McArthur, Ohio, and Chuck (Lynn) Waugh of West Columbia, West Virginia; his nephews and nieces, Corey, Brittany, Andrew, Jennifer, Jessica, Justin, CJ, Nicholas, Aerianna, Brianna, Grace, Winfield, and Jenna; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

After graduating from Coldwater High School in 1992, Ray worked for Shelby Manufacturing in Sidney and at JR Manufacturing in Coldwater, where he retired in 2019. He was known for his love of camping, firearms, and his competitive personality while playing card games. Ray truly lived life to the fullest. He loved being around his family and always made sure they had a smile on their face. Ray was a professional storyteller and loved to make others laugh.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. A graveside service will take place at 2:00 PM at St. Mary's Cemetery in Fort Recovery.

Family and friends may visit from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 4, 2025, and again from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM on Saturday at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.

Per Ray's request, please wear casual dress for the visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association, P.O. Box 97075, Washington, DC 20090-7075.
