Robert J. "Bob" Muhlenkamp, 83, Portland, Indiana, died August 1, 2012 at Briarwood Village Nursing Home, Coldwater, OH.
He was born January 19, 1929, in Fort Recovery, Ohio, to the late Alfons Muhlenkamp and Alvina (Krieg) . On February 14, 1953, he married Rosella (Westgerdes) Muhlenkamp, who survives.

Jennings, Ohio; 4 sons - Steve (Mary Jo) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Dennis (Theresa) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Carl (Laurie) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Leon (Linda) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN; 5 sisters - Jean Bruns of Chickasaw, OH, Dorothy Brockman of Fort Recovery, OH, Lorrie (Charlie) Froning of St. Henry, OH, Lucy (Don) Beckstedt of Celina, OH, Carol (Dale) Laux of Celina, OH; 4 brothers - Dale Muhlenkamp of Tustin, CA, Mark (Joan) Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, OH, Roger (Donna) Muhlenkamp of Flagstaff, AZ, Ron (Carol) Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, OH; 41 Grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and Sister-In-Law - Sue Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, OH;
Deceased are infant daughter, Jane Muhlenkamp; a daughter-in-law, Carol Muhlenkamp; two grandsons; a brother, Richard "Dick" Muhlenkamp, two brother-in-laws, Ivo Bruns, Laven Brockman; and sister-in-law, Gayle Muhlenkamp
He was a 1946 graduate of Coldwater High School, Coldwater, Ohio, a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Korean War, and retired from farming. He was a member of St. Joseph's Men's Society of the church, the Fort Recovery American Legion Post 345, Fort Recovery. Ohio and Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Indiana.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 am, Saturday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Indiana, Fr. David Hoying officiating. Burial is at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bryant, Indiana.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Saturday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
