Ruth M. Eichenauer, 80, Fort Recovery, formerly of Celina, died Oct. 12, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 15, 1930, in Jay County, Ind., to John and Ethel Figel Pearson. On Jan. 24, 1954, she married Jerry F. Loughridge, who died Sept. 14, 2005. On April 5, 2008, she married Vernon L. Eichenauer, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Jeannie (Ron) Smalley, Celina; a son, Pat (Beth) Loughridge, Norwalk; two stepdaughters, Donna (John Jr.) Bozarth, Fort Recovery, and Deb (Mike) Anderson, Greenville; a stepson, Don (Elaine) Eichenauer, Coldwater; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Mike Loughridge; two brothers, Robert and Edward Pearson; and a sister, Nellie Huffman.
She worked at the former Kroger's stores in Fort Recovery and Celina, and retired from Citizen's Commercial Bank, Celina. A 1949 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, she was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and attended Fort Recovery United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Fort Recovery church, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday at Brockman and Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
