Thompson of Fort Recovery, OH, Mikey (Ashley) Tackett of Fort Recovery, OH, Timmy Thompson of Fort Recovery, OH, Cody Thompson of St. Marys, OH; a sister - Tina Davis of Bradenton, FL; 2 brothers - James (Hope) Hammond Jr. of Dayton, TN, Charles (Tammy) Hammond of Mason, OH; and 4 Grandchildren.
Deceased is a step-father, Robert Shaw.
