Urban F. Siefring, 74, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died October 23, 2011 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, OH.
He was born May 24, 1937 in St. Henry, OH, to the late Jacob Siefring and the late Loretta Wuebker.
Surviving are former spouse, Carolyn Siefring of Celina, Ohio, daughter - Julie (Mack) Christy of Fayetteville, GA; son - Rob (Carol) Siefring of Lakeview, OH; two sisters - Irene Schilling of Coldwater, OH, Mary Jane (Jim) Condon of Versailles, OH; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law - Mary Jane Siefring of St. Henry, OH; brother-in-law - Jim Baltes of Frenchtown, OH.
Deceased is three brothers, Ralph, Victor, and Leroy Siefring, two sisters, Dory Baltes, and Evelyn Siefring, and a son-in-law, Gary Marlow.
He was employed at the former Rutschilling Sawmill, St. Henry, Ohio and was a poultry farmer.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.
Graveside services are 2:30 PM Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio, Deacon John Parker officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Calling is 1:00 PM-2:15 PM Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
