William M. "Bill" Muhlenkamp, age 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on May 15, 2019 at his residence.
He was born November 30, 1937, in Celina, OH, to the late Albin and Rose (Turckes) Muhlenkamp.
Surviving are his siblings, Dan (Jan) Muhlenkamp of Celina and Marvin Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN; sisters-in-law, Alfreda Muhlenkamp of Coldwater and Jane Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his siblings, Harold (Viola) Muhlenkamp, Howard Muhlenkamp, Esther (Victor) Homan, Agnes McCormick (and her husbands, Virgil Wannemacher and Rex McCormick), Frank (Virginia and Marjorie) Muhlenkamp, Sally (Earl) Wuebbling and Elmer Muhlenkamp.
He was a graduate of Coldwater High School and served in the Army National Guard.
Bill was a life long farmer in both Ohio and Indiana. He will be remembered as a neighbor who was always there to help in time of need. During snow storms he was the first one out and always plowed out all of his neighbors. He will also be remembered as a very generous and charitable person, with a strong faith in God.
He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, May 20, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, with Fr. Alexander Witt as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-6:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Monday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
